Art is my passion, compulsion, and moments of peace, joy, and focus in this chaotic world. The thrill of diving into detail, getting lost in the process, adventuring through art’s history are all very important aspects of my work. I love the ancient connections.

I crave working with my hands, and am a big believer in expanding one’s knowledge, and perfecting technique and craft. The more I know, the more I can bring to my work. Solving mysteries, and problems, is integral to all art and knowledge, as well as practive, gives one the power to recognize failures as happy accidents.
It’s the small projects, the tiny pieces, that make a big difference and bring me that I like best. The little painted tray, table top, tiny mural, throw pillow of plaid felt in bold colors; the accent pieces, those are my specialties.
